I enjoyed reading nigh of the poetrys that we where given but on that point were two rimes that stood give a itinerary the most for me. These had to This Be The euphony by Philip Larkin and Frogs by Nor globe MacCaig. This Be The Verse up to now though I would non alike to admit it, I believe that the curse boys where what pull me to the verse form. I telephone it is the token that I have never seen a poem that curses preliminary and especially if it was written by a respected poet of the twentieth century. I respect the poet because he curses which I think non umteen poets would do due to the habitual frowning on them if they did so. This authority the poet is not acrophobic to tell apart what he thinks and is not afraid to shock his audience. In this poem Philip Larkin has a rattling hopeless view Man workforce on trial to man on family life from a teenagers point of view, I dissent with his narrow view of a persons faults but I do make this poem amusing.

Frogs the thing that drew me to this poem had to be the bizarre subject of the poem, which I think is great. I think Norman MacCaig thinks of the frogs as heroes. I think this because during the poem he says words like fortification across their chests and heads spicy and they never panic. On the other(a) hand I think he finds it strange the way the frogs die, due to the verse I love frogs that sit, like Buddha, that generate without parachutes, that die like Italian tenors.
